About the project
In Newport, South Wales, we installed our bespoke One Professional Sauna, offering the best of both worlds with a combination of infrared technology and a traditional Finnish heater.

Consultation & Bespoke Design
Our bespoke Dual One Sauna Professional installation at Celtic Manor Resort began with an initial site survey to assess the existing ageing Finnish sauna.
Working closely with the team at the resort, we designed a premium replacement that offers enhanced performance, reliability, and aesthetics. The new sauna combines advanced technology with high-grade materials, delivering a modern, professional-grade wellness experience tailored to the resort’s standards.

Custom Fabrication & Material Selection
The sauna was constructed using Canadian Hemlock and Abachi, selected for their natural warmth, smooth finish, and durability under high temperatures. These materials create a calm, inviting aesthetic that complements the luxury setting.
Every element was custom-built to the exact dimensions of the space for a seamless and professional finish.
We also integrated a hidden heater design, an effective solution to discourage excessive water use and protect the unit from long-term damage caused by improper operation.
This thoughtful feature ensures greater longevity and reliability in a high-traffic environment.

Design & Technology
This bespoke Dual sauna was designed to balance style, performance, and practicality in a high-traffic environment. Built using Canadian Hemlock and Abachi, the interior features U-shaped, two-tiered benching to maximise usability and comfort for multiple users.
The design includes four EOS infrared panels with individual dimmer controls, allowing users to adjust intensity for a personalised experience. A hidden heater was also integrated at the client’s request, minimising visible elements while preventing misuse from excessive water pouring, helping to extend the lifespan of the unit.
Additional features include discreet white LED strip lighting to enhance the ambiance, and integrated Bluetooth speakers for a fully immersive and relaxing environment. Every detail was tailored to meet the needs of a professional-grade wellness space, delivering a clean, modern finish with long-term reliability.

Final Handover & Client Experience
Following thorough testing and quality checks, the Dual Sauna was officially handed over to the client. Our team provided a full walkthrough of the controls, features, and essential maintenance guidance. The final result is a beautifully crafted wellness space that blends premium materials, advanced technology, and everyday functionality, built to the highest standard and ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
