About the project
In Malmesbury, in the heart of the Cotswolds, we installed our bespoke One Sauna, offering the best of both worlds with a combination of Premium infrared technology and a traditional Finnish heater.

Initial Consultation
Working closely with our client in Malmesbury, we designed a fully customised Dual Sauna that delivers the best of both worlds. The build required a technical approach due to the ceiling eaves and limited space, but the result is a perfectly engineered fit with no compromise on quality or performance.
The new sauna blends advanced technology with high-grade materials, offering a modern, reliable and beautifully finished wellness experience at home.

Bespoke Design & Drawings
For this project, we carried out a full bespoke design, taking precise measurements of every part of the room to ensure the sauna fitted seamlessly within the available space. This included accounting for ceiling variations, wall thicknesses, existing structural elements and access points.
Every panel, bench and profile was engineered to the exact millimetre, allowing the cabin to sit perfectly within the room with clean lines and a completely integrated finish.
The result is a sauna that feels purpose-built for the property, both visually and functionally, with no compromises on layout, comfort or performance.

Custom Fabrication & Material Selection
The sauna was meticulously handcrafted using Canadian Hemlock and Abachi, two of the finest timbers used in premium wellness environments. Hemlock provides a clean, knot-free grain with exceptional stability under heat, while Abachi remains cool to the touch, offering a smooth and comfortable seating experience even at high temperatures.
Together, they create a warm, sophisticated atmosphere that complements the surrounding interior design.
Every element of the cabin was fully bespoke. The walls, benches, profiles and trims were custom-built to match the exact geometry of the room, allowing us to work seamlessly around the unique ceiling lines and structural details. This precision-led approach ensures perfect alignment, concealed fixings and a refined architectural finish. The result is a beautifully integrated sauna that feels purpose-built for the space, both visually and functionally.

Design & Technology
This bespoke Dual Sauna was designed to deliver the perfect balance of style, performance and comfort for home use.
The cabin features four EOS infrared lamps paired with ergonomic backrests, each equipped with individual dimmer controls so the user can fine-tune intensity for a fully personalised session. To complete the dual-function setup, we incorporated a premium EOS Finnish heater, offering both traditional and infrared sauna experiences within a single space.
To elevate the environment, discreet RGB LED strip lighting was integrated to create a calming atmosphere, along with built-in Bluetooth speakers for a more immersive and relaxing experience.
Every element was tailored to the client’s requirements, resulting in a professional-grade wellness space with a clean, modern finish and long-term reliability.

Final Handover & Client Experience
Following comprehensive testing and final quality checks, the Dual Sauna was handed over to the client, complete with a full walkthrough of its controls, features and day-to-day maintenance.
The finished space showcases a seamless blend of high-grade materials, advanced technology and practical usability, a purpose-built wellness and relaxation space crafted to the highest standard and designed to be enjoyed for many years.
