About the project
Our client in Porthcawl, Wales, was unhappy with their previous infrared sauna installation due to poor cabin quality and inadequate heat. Seeking a more traditional and effective sauna experience, they reached out to us for a superior solution.
Initial Consultation & Assessment
The project began with an in-depth consultation where we assessed the client’s concerns about their previous infrared sauna. Their primary complaints centered on insufficient heat and subpar cabin materials. Understanding their desire for a more authentic, traditional sauna experience, we recommended a 150 x 150 Traditional Sauna from our premium Sauna One range. We ensured that this model would meet their heat and quality expectations.
Removal of Previous Installation
Before we could install the new sauna, we had to dismantle and remove the client’s old infrared sauna. This phase involved coordinating with the client to minimise disruptions and prepare the space for the new installation. We carefully removed the old unit while ensuring that the existing electrical setup could support the traditional sauna’s higher heat output requirements.
Installation of the Traditional Sauna
The installation process for the Sauna One Traditional Sauna began with the assembly of the cabin. Our team took special care in constructing the sauna to fit seamlessly into the designated area, ensuring that it was well-insulated for maximum heat retention. We installed the sauna heater to provide optimal, consistent heat, which was one of the client’s main priorities. All elements were positioned to enhance both functionality and comfort, making sure the cabin was both sturdy and visually appealing.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Once the sauna installation was complete, we performed rigorous testing to ensure everything was functioning perfectly. This included running the sauna at various heat settings to guarantee that it could achieve and maintain the desired temperature levels.
